Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

We accept refund requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
To request a refund, contact hello@frippy.store within 48 hours of delivery, with images of the issue.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
In case of product issues, we offer replacement or store credit instead of returns.
